Introduction

TimeBoxer, created by Abhishek Chakraborty, is a private daily time-blocking app. It has no accounts and no servers of its own. Your schedule, job names, and completion states are stored on your iPhone and are not sent to me.

By using TimeBoxer you agree to this policy.

What TimeBoxer stores

TimeBoxer stores the information needed to run the app locally on your iPhone:

• Time blocks: the date, start and end time, and automatically assigned colour.
• Jobs: the names of the jobs inside each block and whether each was left unmarked, Done, Partial, or Skipped.
• App settings: simple local preferences, such as whether you have completed onboarding.

TimeBoxer does not require your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, calendar, or other personal profile information.

TimeBoxer contains no advertising, advertising identifier, analytics SDK, tracking SDK, or third-party crash-reporting service. No usage statistics are collected by the app.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, TimeBoxer can schedule reminders on your iPhone before a planned time block begins.

These are local notifications. Their contents are generated from the schedule stored on your device and are not sent to me or to a TimeBoxer server.

You can disable notification permission at any time in iOS Settings.

Storage

TimeBoxer stores its data in a local database on your iPhone.

There is currently no TimeBoxer account, server database, or TimeBoxer cloud sync. I do not receive or have access to your schedule.

Internet access

TimeBoxer does not need an internet connection for its core functionality. Creating and editing blocks, marking outcomes, navigating days, and storing your plan all happen on your device.

Normal App Store and iOS services, such as downloading or updating the app, are provided by Apple and are governed by Apple's policies.
