Is TimeBoxer free?

Yes. No subscription, no in-app purchases, no ads, and no trial that runs out.

What’s the catch?

There isn’t one, and there isn’t a bill either. TimeBoxer is deliberately small: no account, no backend, no AI calls, and no cloud service required to plan your day. Your schedule lives on your iPhone, so there isn’t an ongoing cost I need to pass on to you.

Who should use TimeBoxer?

People who get more done when the decision about what to do is made before the moment they have to do it.

If a long to-do list makes you bounce between ten things at once, TimeBoxer gives those things an actual place in the day: decide when you’ll do them, then work through the plan one block at a time.

If you want project management, team collaboration, calendar automation, or an AI assistant rearranging your life, this isn’t that.

How does TimeBoxer work?

Plan your day in 30-minute blocks.

When the time comes, open TimeBoxer and see what you decided to do. When the block is over, mark what happened: Done, Partial, or Skipped.

That’s basically the app.

Why 30-minute blocks?

Because TimeBoxer is for meaningful chunks of work, not micromanaging every minute of the day.

Every block starts and ends on a 30-minute boundary, with 30 minutes as the minimum duration. It keeps planning fast and the timeline readable.

Can I put more than one thing in the same time slot?

Yes. A time slot can contain up to three jobs.

They appear side by side, which is useful when work genuinely happens in parallel — for example, while a build is running, research is processing, or something else has been delegated.

What do Done, Partial, and Skipped mean?

Exactly what they sound like.
